2 month check-up

I took Olivia to her 2 month check up today and she had to get 3 shots. :( I was in the room with her, but Mary held her down cuz there was no way I could do that OR could I even watch. The oddest thing was that she was upset the whole time we were there (mostly because I had to wake her up to be weighed and measured and such) and right after the shots she settled down. That was probably because she had worn herself out, but strange none the less.

Olivia's in the top 95% for her height (24 inches) and for her weight (almost 12 pounds!).

This week is VBS at our church and I've been helping out just about wherever it's needed. It's been pretty fun, though I've been so worn out afterwards. This has also been Olivia's first time in the nursery and also being watched by someone other than family, so it's been a little scary for me. Tomorrow night is the "closing program", even though VBS continues through Thursday morning, but since Friday is obviously the 4th, they wanted to do the program earlier. Hopefully the weather will stay nice, as it's supposed to be outside.
